John Mavroidis of Flushing New York hired our company to design a website. After designing the site - John Mavroidis started to act non-responsive and argumentative with us. We knew at that point we had someone trying to get something for nothing. But, after trying to work with this person we designed and completed the site.
After John Mavroidis accepted the site as complete, he made final payment with his credit card. We then delivered the site to him. John Mavroidis of RENT A MAGICIAN, called his credit card company and forced a refund. We are now out the money it cost us to develop the site. We decided to let this go and take the hit.
After some time going by, John Mavroidis of NY decided to start a Black Mail campaign against us and try to extort us to design a new site for him or - he was going to trash our name all over the Internet. We did not respond to this threat.
He started his campaign and we are now responding after phone calls from John Mavroidis of NY threating to come to our homes and shoot us in the head. He has also emailed his threats to us. We decided to let everyone know what has transpired in order to stop this kind of activity and hope to save other company's from having the deal with type of criminal behavior.

Maybe hes angry maybe hes bitter, but the fact is that I sent payment to neteffects1.net and after the check cleared he blocked his email account from receiving messages, I eventually filed suit against him and then he scrambled to finally design the website but I don't him it was too late. Subsequently he started this internet smear campaign against me. I can provide anyone with a copy of the judgment just email me (((ROR redacted)))
