I deposited $20 into a Net2phone account (on a calling card type plan) and used it only when my cell was zapped for some reason. Then, my Net2Phone service stopped working correctly. It was difficult to communicate with them and I gave up for awhile. Now, it appears that they have diabled my account and zeroed out my account balance, keeping the remaining funds.

I probably still had between $10-15 bucks in there, because their rates were so cheap and I rarely used it.

I have contacted lawyersandsettlements.com and requested a review for a class action. I encourage anyone else in this postion to do the same. I think they only act when its clear that the practice is widespread. Thanks.
