I signed up with Netfirms after ipagebuilder went down under. Now it seems that I made a huge mistake. I bought the 1-year membership at only $19.95/month (paid all at once), and received the starter CD set, but FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR was unable to use the package they solod me. Even though I tried many times, I was unable to publish ANYTHING to the web, although I followed all instructions and laboriously went through the rigamarole of contacting them with lengthy emails describing my problem. To date, I have only received the run-around from these people who constantly tell me to 'send us an email with the error messages you received' -- which I did, only to have them barnstorm me further. I have contacted an attorney to follow-up with this nonsense, and I suggest that anyone else do the same. These people are CROOKED and fraudulent, and are only interested in snatching what little money you have right out from under you, with none to little customer service.

I gave Netfirms more than a year to resolve this matter; I've called, emailed them over and over again, and still they refuse to make good on the services they sold me. They refuse all responsibility, by their manner of dodging and eluding, and by not acknowledging that the money I paid out in good faith has not been well represented or serviced well, by their company. In my opinion, Netfirms = RIPOFF, on AND off the internet! I was robbed by Netfirms! I want my money back, or another WORKING membership, with full ability to publish and maintain a workable website!

PONEY-UP, NETFIRMS! You sold me a bill of goods that was NO good! It's time to pay the piper!
