I am Stoney M from Matagorda Texas and I did not file this report. It was done by some one using my name. I have no knowledge of the particular individual being anything but honest, as I have never done business with him or heard of anyone who was actually scammed by him.

This is the work of moronic people who have nothing more left in life than to lie about others.

The owner of this website has been identified as Wayne Mathis of PA also known as NetPros Services / Net Pros Services.

I have read listings on Ripoff Report for years and they do a great service for the internet surfers, I have watched the con-artists for years have started 'The Scammer News'...I see it has angered quite a few of the chatroom convicts & scammers that rip off unsuspecting chatters daily. Lets look at a few aspects of this scam site:

1. The design is absolutely horrible. Likened to a child with an old version of dreamweaver html editor and a few clip art icons. Certainly not indicative of a professional company who cares about it's image to the public.

2. The information posted on said site has been 'gleaned' from other websites. I simple Google Search reveals a few of the sources.

Sources he stole material from:
1. www.chiff.com/a/dotcons.htm
2. www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/tech/tec09.shtm

The list goes on. Google easily identifies the source. I'm sure that a bit of plagiarism is soon to follow now that this has been exposed.

3. Most of the information is of little value as snippets, and is used as fluff to mask the true intent of the website. The nefarious intent is a failed attempt to appear as a legitimate entity which promotes a fake service. The owner of this site has ZERO true clients and is not registered as a business in ANY state.

4. The service offered for a fee is a service that is provided for FREE by over 5,000 legitimate websites.

Lets call it what it is. It is a low budget website used to inflate the small ego of a professional chat warrior. He uses the website for no other purpose than to appear minorly successful to a small clique of unemployed folks who frequent the yahoo small business chat room.

The real scam has been purportrated by the scammer against himself. He has scammed his ego into thinking that intelligent people see his simple flame website as anything other than what it actually is: A bad excuse of wasted web space by a loser.

I think this website is harmless and should remain exactly where it is... in the sandbox of Google Search Engine hosted on a sub-domain that the world will never see outside of a very tiny chat world at Yahoo Chat.

With Scamers like Wayne Mathis, the world can sleep soundly at night. LOL

It's nice to see the scammers like luxurychocolatetruffles_4u are logging on to Ripoff Report...posting thier views and by the way, the above posts by Clf & Stoney were NOT posted by the real owners of those chat Ids.....but, as you see they use others names & Id's because they can't use thier OWN Chat Id's...they are scammers and don't want the internet to know who they are, but we here at 'The Scammer News' know them, we see them daily running scams in the chatrooms.

It's a shame that they can set in our chatrooms daily and wait for victims to con , but can't use thier own Chat Ids to cry that they are being found out & people have listed them. The above mentioned chatter ( luxurychocolatetruffles_4u ) that lurks in Yahoo's SB1 has ripped off the elderly ( lady Moose & Moose ) people for $1000'nds of dollars, along with countless others over the years, he used to run scams with a chatter named Houston_Matrix and a few others who helped set up the scam, they would 'Tag Team' victims when they found them, they would use ...Hosting Scams...Stock Option Scams... Merchandise Scams...they would use your personal & private information in scams, anything they could talk the chatter into. He is now running a 'Silver Casting ' scam targeted overseas. This scammer and people like him are scumbags and they invite MORE like them every day into our chatrooms and you should avoid him and his scam-buddies if you wish to keep your money & personal information safe.

It seems all the juviniles in Small Business 1 have nothing to do but post fraud reports and use other peoples names in here instead of their own.

I do NOT appreciate my name being used in this report and have not in any way posted comments in this matter. Management of Ripoff Report have been notified to either remove the posts or my name and to provide me with the person who submitted the same.

First, let me say that the convicted scammers are posting false claims of false rebuttals. Of course after being exposed for plagiarism and threatened to lawsuits from the victims of said plagiarism; it seems that the lack luster wanna-be business chat warriors are spending their social security checks on less booze and more high speed internet to combat the bad exposure of their pitiful endeavors.

Stoney McGerald - a retired (cough) 65 year old elderly man suffering from erectile dysfunction whiling away his last days on a ski boat in a cut rate RV and Boat park in Matagorda Texas with free wi-fi has thrown in with another former AA friend Wayne Mathis to make a futile attempt to sequester these factual post about Wayne's scam.

*** It should be noted that Stoney McGerald is an associate of John E. Mayes of Reno Nevada - the brother of Earle Clyde Mayes a convicted sexual predetor (the son of Earle Clyde Mayes of Reno) listed on the Reno Sherrif's Dept website. If they aren't twins then dolly the sheep is a myth.

Ole Stoney is another SB1 wanna-be millionaire that strangley enough drives a beat up rag assed truck that seems to suffer from two flt tires twice a year. Wow, credibility at its finest. No mattter; in 10 years he will be eating pea soup served through a straw at the local welfare nursing home and no longer be a nuisance to the planet earth, much less SB1. God bless Medicaide and the $1 a day allotment which isnt enough to pay for his internet connection. Perhaps Ole Stoney should have graduated college and he wouldnt be a broke ass begar in SB1 as a profession.

In any event, back to o;e Wayne Matthis. Ole Wayne is the latest 24/7 SB1 Chat millionaire. He whiles away his days pretending to be a 'scam buster' with his $3.95 website that is $2.95 over priced for the bad design. Claiming to earn grants and donations, he purports to earn 'BIG DOLLARS' forhis efforts, which he claims are supported by corporate donations amongst others. Is it just me, or is he the only idiot that hasnt figured out Google Adsense pays more??? That said, I think we can all see that a fool is as a fool does.

Wayne has now recently invoked his social security rights to free mental health valuations due to the complex he has derived from this exposure, which has placed his fragile ego and validation needs in severe jeapardy with reality being that he has not realized that a Yahoo chat room is full of the mentally ill and other government subsidized cases similar to himself. If you are a successful taxpayer like myself, you can be proud that our wasted taxes support a pathetic soul like Wayne Matthis. Hey, at least we get something out of it; i mean perhaps wayne shops at Walmart like the rest of the ghetto-fabulous yahoo chatters. Trickle down chat economics.

Wayne recently made a futile attempt to bolster his image by illegally posting stolen copyrighted material (as predicted in post #2) which led to his site being sanctioned by the host and deriled by the true author of the stolen content.

As, i'm sure we will see more antics, I am labeling this salutation: The bottom line is that Wayne Matthis is a welfare case with taxpayer provided internet service: part 1.

P.S. I have seen al-queda websites with better design completed from a cave than his piece of crap he actually thinks the earth considers a professional website. Is it a felony to allow a crack head to use Yahoo chat? Discuss:

I would like to personally apologize to the readers here at Ripoff Report for the false reports and childish babbling that the convicts & scammers have posted on here regarding 'The Scammer News'. I am sure that your intelligent readers can understand that by making a stand to help clean up the internet's chat rooms like many other websites that target con's and scammers do and helping others to know that they are preyed apon daily by them, that our information service would be taking lies, comments and flack from many of the vile scumbags listed on our site and from convicts off the internet.

Many, if not all the complaints that have been logged in here are from the scammers themselves or their supporters and most use false names to file the reports, and i'm sure, as you can read from the above statements that they are grasping at straws in a futile effort to discredit the website and get it ignored by people that need the information most, the victims, that way they can go on with their scams and there will be less information about them warning people that visit our chatrooms and the internet.

Our internet chatrooms have become over filled with convicts & scammers hocking everyting from MLM scams to outright phishing & pyramid scams , not to mention luring unsuspecting people into deals that rob them blind.

Wayne Mathis suffers from a common personality disorder found frequently amongst unemployed and or lower income persons suffering from depression.

It is hard not to feel saddened by his affliction, especially after reading his post above. After reading his post, I examined his medicore website again for the third time this month. Noting he has used a box template that still has not been properly designed for functionality, I immediately noticed that Wayne used a majority of space to propagate the transparent attempt to create the appearance that business is being conducted through his website.

He offers 'service plans' that connect to no actual service or the ability to purchase said services.

He offers no actual definitions of his services, or explains how he conducts these services or to what end.

He does not explain his service policies, albiet he has created a massive plagiarized terms of service page explaining his fruitless wraths upon violations.

He has now included a 'customer service' chat feed that is never active, and won't be as his site is hosted on a subdomain via free space provided by his local ISP as an internet service enhancement. (Think AOL)

The worst part of Waynes delusion is has not realized that most people with an ounce of education know that his business registration, or lack thereof is public record and does not exist to the county or state that he resides within.

At this point the public is not schocked at Waynes delusion, rather we are profoundly bored with enabling his nuerosis any further.

He has been exposed, and unlike his subdomain website; this report has been indexed by Google for all the world to see.

I for one have enjoyed watching Waynes complex grow to its apex, and burst like a soap bubble into non-existance.

Those of us with a life have moved on and can barely remember why we actually gave Wayne his 3 minutes of fame in the first place. Perhaps we were bored and realized that his intelligence didn't amount to more than the 8 minutes in total that it took to expose him.

It is interesting to see the replies & rebuttals from the internet's scammers and convicts, as they tend to go on & on about how THEY are not the problem and that the world is wrong, not them and I see they continue to use other's names so you can't tell who they are, why should they, then you'll be informed and they won't have the chance to run a con on you..

As for the pittyful rebuttal above, it shows that they are very threatened that our service exposed them for the cons and scumbags they are by targeting the delivery system and redirecting readers away from the facts listed on the website.

Interesting enough even the scammers & internet convicts read 'The Scammer News', it may help them see that they need intervention and that their denail may in time, be overcome by the fact that they prey on people for a living and have a very useless life outside of their own corrupt little worlds and as for the 'delusions of grandeur', I have none, I know they are cons, scumbags & people of low moral character, I and many others have watched 1st hand how they opperate over the years.

I realize that in the past I have been involved with both Houstonmatrix (Jonathan Hawfield) and Lux (mad dog Philip)and others. We all claim to be members of NWO. For 3 yrs now I have been scamming people along with them and this year I want to turn a new leaf. I would like to apologise to Moose and his wife. They were set up by Houston matrix and I helped convince them he was honest. Houston claimed he was going to put godaddy out of business with houstonmatrix.com, but that was a lie, all he wanted was money to setup his own site (www.texasmatrix.com ) which he has now. He promised me and lux free webhosting for our scams.

I once was partner with Wayne Mathis. I have posted material in this report to benefit Wayne Mathis at the promise of payment. Wayne promised to pay me $40 when he got his next Social Security Disability check and he has not payed me as promised.

So, here is my true confession: I have helped Wayne Mathis scam SB1 Chatters by promoting his website http://www.netpros.ultraisp.us/scammer_news.html

I also provided chat logs of people in SB1 to Wayne so he could manipulate chatters in the room against anyone that he felt threatened by or who threatened to expose his scam.

Wayne used to run a crappy website that promised to provide government grants to people who payed a fee. Wayne had to shut that website down after he scammed a chatter out of $350. He is currently under investigation for that now.

While I may be no saint myself, the simple fact hasn't changed that Wayne Mathis is indeed a low level scammer who supplements his social welfare income using Yahoo SB1 Chatroom as a tool of illegal enterprise.

Wayne's abusive actions have been reported directly to Verizon Internet Services and a request that his internet service be terminated for violations of abuse have been submitted to them. Hopefully, in a matter of a few days, Wayne Mathis will be nothing more than a 'Page Not Found' memory to us all.

Interesting how the con artist's think it's funny to con people on the internet.

It's interesting to read how the convict-scammers that plague our public chat rooms and the internet find it humorous that people know who they are and that they are in need serious help or serious jail time. Making their pityfull living off the daily cons levied at people on the internet is getting harder daily because of a better educated public and services like The Scammer News that target them for what they are.

NOTE : Denial is a defense mechanism postulated by Sigmund Freud, in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence. As you can see buy their posts, they are in need of psychiatric help and the childish rebuttals just prove that they are unstable, all the more reason to stay clear of people like the common scammer that lives to con unsuspecting people on the internet and in our public chat rooms.
