Peoplepc Continued to bill me after I cancelled. Gave me run around. claimed that I never cancelled. Nationwide

Peoplepc continued to bill my account after I canceled. They refunded one month then billed again the next month. Then when I informed them of the problem they said the dont give refunds. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then when I called back I was shuffled around to five different reps still with no results. They are just ripping people off and should be put out of business.
