Realone goldpass(Realplayer goldpass) has the most gotcha bull for signing up and monthly billing than I have seen in a long time. Now they are touting no charge upgrades, then note your monthly charge has gone up from $9.00 to $19.00. What a rip-off.

To top it off you cannot cancel on-line. Can only call during business hours.

Agian a pure rip-off with deceptive billing practices.
