First off, my mother was the one who was ripped off by this business, not me and the company said that I personally showed interest in their product. Never in my entire life did I check a box in any survey or hand to show interest and never have I expressed interest verbally to a counselor to show interest in this product, I make it a point not to show interest in these things. Secondly, we did receive the product as advertised, i'm not upset about that. What is upsetting though is the scholarship program, which is an obscene monthly charge.

My mother was first charged for the scholarship program on October 1st. My mother contacted them the morning of October 28th to cancel the subscription, but later that night she was charged again, not even 30 days after her last charge. She was told that the charge was cycled and that she would have to send them a letter and send them a bank statement to get rid of the order. They said that they would give her a refund within ten business days. She has still not received a refund. As of October 29th, the day they said they would refund her, her subscription was canceled and she was promised a refund within ten days. It is now December 1st and she has not received the refund and she has been charged again for the scholarship subscription even though she canceled the subscription over a month ago.

This company is deceitful and the BBB will receive a complaint within a couple of days. This is not defamation, these are facts. The company can redeem itself, they just need to follow through on their word. I hope you do record all your phone calls, that will help get this situation sorted out.
