W. Craig & Company - Web Ad Systems - Dave Espino ripoff, false and misleading sales pitch, promised refund never delivered Phoenix Arizona

I purchased an Auctions for Income course from Dave Espino. Prior to it arriving I got a call from Melissa Young who I later found out worked for W. Craig & Company, although at the time made it seem like she worked for Dave Espino. She introduced me to their "Auction Maximizer" program and made numerous promises, claims and explanations about the product which later turned out to be totally false. She even had a website to refer me to as a sample of what I would receive.

I purchase the package under the promise that she would be my individual coach, like she was for a list of clients she already had. The cost was $1995.00.

When the package arrived it instructed me to call a phone number to get started. The person who answered had no real idea of what I was talking about and I started to realize I was lied to. After speaking with a few different people, I asked to be given a return authorization number to get my money back.

At that point I was referred to Mike Upsal in Quality Management, who explained that the program was still new and that there would be a training website on line soon. He suggested I wait for that and he said he would extended my guarantee time period to do so.

When the webtraining became available, it was no better than before so I decided to return the package. I did so and after the company received the package (which they confirmed to me)I was promised a refund.

It has been five months and although I was promised over and over again that the credit was coming, none has been received. At this point the customer service line is always "busy" and no other phone numbers I was given work. As a matter of fact the "Quality Management" line now has a message that says the number is blocked from receiving calls from my state!!
