Websitepros.com - Web.com cheated me on $140 from trail period. They stole that money from me Jacksonville Florida

Websitepros.com *now Web.com* solicited me about there services. reluctantly I accepted there FREE 30 day trial period & the gentleman told me that if i were unhappy i could cancel before 30 days & not be charged the $69.95 they normally charge. I emailed & called websitepros.com notifying them I would like to cancel. I was information that my subscription will be processed for cancellation & thats the end of that.

Well I was charged for 4 months when I was out of town & when I called them up, they told me I never canceled my account. But what websitepros.com didn't know is i recorded my email & I had informed them that I did so. The customer service agent then backtracked & started making excuses like why didn't i notify them sooner *they changed there company name during my trial period* & saying that i was still receiving services & email statements.

I then proved that my serivce & emails were cut off when I called in about canceling. On top of everything, The agent then tried up selling me more services after i proved that i had not received what i was supposed to. I am extremely dissatisfied with web.com & there customer service department.

as an overview.

-I tried canceling my FREE trial period.

-My services were canceled. No more contact with WEB.com

-I was charged for the next 4 months for services NOT received.

-Customer service said I was receiving email & services for months & that I just received some just days before. I proved my services were cut off & not received as of early June 08.

-Web.com refunded half of my $280. & refuse to communicate further with me.

They are scammers & cheats. They don't do what they say there going to do
