Xavier torres under JerzxBoogie on sole collector account Scammed for trading (shoe) transaction through sole collector Kissimmee, Florida

Started talking to the victim on November 29th of 2011 ..though i couldn't do anything about the incident so I just left it alone ..so here we are today and im tryna get justice for the shoes i've been scammed for .

Agreed on a shoe trade through a site called solecollector.com . The transaction was for my "nike cactus foamposite for his "lebron pre heats" as we talked and agreed on the deal ..we agreed to ship out the shoes on the same day .i did my part and did what i had to do and shipped them out and provided a tracking number , which i sent him and was an active number .

This were the problem comes in , he kept giving me false tracking numbers and saying i didnt ship the shoes and saying he didnt receive my package . that was indicated as "DELIVERED" through ups . the shoes were shipped under my address and name so i do have proof of shipping . I ended up not getting my end of the deal while he saying i didnt ship them when clearly it was delivered and kept saying that he did ship the shoes after giving me fake tracking numbers and resulting in me not getting my package regardless of (Fake or real numbers). I'm trying to resolve this situation as easily as possible with getting my shoes back !
