I just think it is a ripoff to be charged 27.91 for a 6 minute collect call. This was from an adjoining state maybe one hour away. I don't understand why it says on my bill "Billed on behalf of NCIC", when it says this portion of your bill is provided as a service of Zero Plus Dialing. There is a Misc charge for $4.60 billed on behalf of NCIC with the descripton of UHIVERSAL SERVICE FUND. I hope this keeps anybody else from getting overcarged.

What happened when you called our customer service number on the bill??

Sorry about the Universal Service Charge. that is an FCC mandated fee that gets paid mostly to AT&T. All of the sales taxes and federal taxes add up.
