ZOEMAIL.COM Would not refund my $20 fee EVEN THOUGHT IT SAYS ON THEIR SITE "MONEY BACK GURANTEE" Internet

Approximately 2 years ago I signed up with www.zoemail.com.  On their well laid out website, it clearly states that there is a money back gurantee if you are not satisfied.  Well I signed up and paid $20.00 for their email service.  During my first month, I had questions and some problems.  I then emailed their customer service.   I received no answer.  I emailed their customer service about half a dozen times.  Finally, I called a phone number that they had listed.  I talked to a gentleman who instructed me to call back in a few days.  After hounding him with a few phone calls, I said that I wanted my money back.  He said and I quote "I can't refund your money.  I don't have it to refund you.  We are in bankruptcy."  So much for that.  The thing that really burns my rear is that they are still in business.  Their website is up and still running.  If you are in bankruptcy, why are you still up and taking people's money?????  I was ripped off and they are still in business.
