Most anybody in the opportuinty/surf world have heard of ASD Cash Generator. A surf that will create millionaires. Its hyped by everyone to get in now. But guess what, when you get in, there is no support from this hype pushers. They just want those big referral fees. They do not tell you there is No Support should you have a problem.

On June 7, 2008 I did my first upgrade. There is no processing fee to upgrade, yet I received 1.96% less than what I paid for.

Immediately sent an Urgent Support Ticket. Support is only weekdays. When Tuesday my support ticket was not answered, I tried calling. No support there either a the phone is constantly busy. When I did finally get thru and being hold on 10 minutes, support was very unknowledgeable. Support is not only terrible but stupid!

I did some other emails to other persons conncected with the President Andy Bowdoin, I thought would help me, but they are not interested in helping either.

Today June 14, still have not had my 4 figure upgrade corrected.

So since this ASD Cash Generator is highly hyped as a legal money making opportunity, I am warning you that once you join, do not expect any support and now is showing signs of scam.

Two Felony Convictions, Not a "Failed Business"

AUTHOR: Truthteller - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 18, 2008

Andy Bowdoin didn't have "failed businesses" he has two felony convictions for very similar financial scams. And he has made no meaningful income in 20 years; since he was 54. And he lied about getting a medal of distinction from the White House (he got a medal from the Republican Party for making a large donation; so did a guy in Ohio who is on his way to prison). If you're an Andy lover then you're going to stay an Andy lover, even if his next business is in Jonestown. But don't be dishonest about his past; other people value hearing facts, not opinions. I know you all "believe" he is innocent, wonderful, and all that....it's just that you only have HIS word for it, you know. Here is the Department of Justice lawsuit that tells more about his "failed businesses" and tendency to lie. Oh yes, and surround himself with other scammers and liars.......

http://www.wealthycopy.com/asd-history.pdf

Bowdoin is 74 years old. On the Internet, ASD promotes him as an astute
businessman with a long and remarkable record of successes in numerous business ventures, but such successes are remarkably absent from his true work history. Just prior to concocting ASD, Bowdoin was arrested in Alabama for one or more felony violations related to Fraud in Connection with the Offer and Sale of Securities by an Unregistered Agent. Bowdoin and several co-defendants were accused of having been promoters of a company called "Mobile International, Inc." The Alabama defendants said they had developed a mobile telephone system that was a cheaper alternative to the then-current cellular systems. That venture collapsed and Bowdoin and his co-defendants were charged with having sold unregistered securities to
investors and with failing to state material facts to the investors that would have impacted the victims' decisions to invest. In particular, Alabama officials asserted that Bowdoin instigated a scheme by which he took money from some victims to pay off prior investors. On October 6, 1997, in 1997, in Montgomery County, Bowdoin resolved this criminal matter by agreeing to enter Pre-Trial Diversion with three years of supervised probation and pay restitution of $15,000. Bowdoin completed his Pre-Trial requirements and the charges were dismissed. Furthermore, on January 1 1, 1999, in Wilcox County, Bowdain plead guilty to one count of sale of unregistered securities and was sentenced to 1 year in prison, however the sentence was suspended and he was placed on 3 years supervised probation and ordered to pay restitution of $75,000.

49. A public Internet search of Busby revealed a 1997 SEC case (SEC v. Walter Clarence Busby, Jr. Civil Action No. 1 :97-CV-2653, Northern District of Georgia). The SEC successfully charged that Busby had violated anti-fraud provisions of the Securities laws by offering and selling investment contracts in connection with three different "prime bank" schemes. Busby was accused of raising money for purported trading programs in "prime bank" notes by fraudulently representing that investments were risk-free and the ventures would result in returns ranging from 750% to 10,000%. In total, Busby raised nearly $1 million from more than 70 investors. None of the investors earned the exorbitant returns promised by Busby. Busby was ordered to pay $15,000 in disgorgement to victims; however, after Busby filed a financial statement to support a professed inability to pay, the court dismissed the order of
payment. Busby filed for bankruptcy in 1997. This information was not disclosed on Golden Panda's webpage or mentioned by Busby during his recent conference call.

I started advertising with ASD in March of 2008. I am happy to say the product I was advertising with ASD was being bought. I asked for a check from the rebates I earned and received said check in the amount I asked for. Many companies offer rebates do they not? Ford,GMC,US Cellular,etc.. I did not buy alot of advertising when I started. I wanted ti see how this type of advertising would work. I used to buy advertising from newspapers and never got the results I have gotten using ASD as my preferred mode of advertsing.... I made a choice to use ASD. What has happened to the right to have a business in this country??? The only problem with ASD lies in the fact that people will not read. Maybe because we have been dumbed down for the good of our country???? I listened to the training and read all the Q&A posted on the web before I decided to use ASD. As far as I am concerened if Mr. Bowdin had other business fail, so what??? I think those past failures is what has shaped ASD into the model that it is...

I'm disappointed

AUTHOR: Bb - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 09, 2008

I'm disappointed -- I had just bought some ad space in ASD and was looking forward to using it to generate some business for myself. Now I have to wait until this whole thing blows over. I am very confident that ASD is NOT a ponzi or a pyramid. It is a legitimate company, a way to not only get advertising but to make sure that the advertising you are paying for is being SEEN. It sounded like a good idea to me. But, alas, I will not know. I believe that this will only bring to light the integrity of Andy Bowdoin and his brilliant business.

Are the members who've been posting in support of ASD and Andy Bowdoin hearing directly from the company about the status of their investment? I know your contract says it isn't an investment but surely you realized that in the legitimate advertising world you would never be asked to sign a contract that in any way resembles the ASD contract. Those who claim to have been advertising a legitimate business by purchasing "ad packages" from ASD have surely read other web advertising contracts and realized that your only opportunity to make a profit was if the ad generated additional sales of the product or service your company provides. If you enter into a contract with Google for ad space, Google doesn't promise to return the entire purchase price you paid them to run the ad, plus an additional 50%. How could you have believed you were buying legitimate advertising? If it's such a great idea, why do these "business" fold one after another? If you're a member who didn't even have a product or service to sell, did you ever ask yourself why you were buying "ad packages?" If your website sold only more ASD advertising packages, and saw other members doing the same thing, did you ever ask yourself why a legitimate business would market ad sales to people who had nothing to sell?

For all members, didn't you ever wonder where ASD was getting all the money to give you all your money back, plus a profit? If you thought is was from the sales of ad packages, did you ever wonder why a company that was in business to sell advertising would give all the advertisers their money back, plus a profit? Did that really seem like a workable long range business plan?

I'm not trying to criticize -- I'm trying to understand the thought process, especially if the need to defend the very people who've defrauded you has worn off. What they did to all of you is criminal, and totally indefensible. The KNEW they were ripping you off, but smiled and lied and took your money. They said that Bowdoin had an impeccable business background when they knew he'd been in trouble for the same type of scams many times before. And that lawyer should be debarred. He had a financial stake in ASD and never disclosed it; instead he appeared to give an unbiased legal opinion. Aren't you anxious to confront Andy Bowdoin about these lies? Never mind -- he would only tell more lies, while quoting the Bible.

Updated: Florida attorney general files lawsuit against Quincy-based company

AUTHOR: Truthteller - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 06, 2008

Florida's attorney general, Bill McCollum, today filed a lawsuit against a Quincy-based Internet advertising company that on Tuesday was raided by the U.S. Secret Service and called a "massive Internet-based wire-fraud scheme by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia.

In the lawsuit, McCollum accuses AdSurfDaily and its owners of operating a huge pyramid scheme. The Attorney General's Office is seeking civil damages for the victims and an injunction against the company, company President Thomas Andy Bowdoin Jr. and its employees to stop them from engaging in future deceptive marketing, according to a press release issued today.

Massive Internet-Based Wire Fraud SchemeUnited States Files Civil Forfeiture Complaint Against Proceeds of Alledged

AUTHOR: Truthteller - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 05, 2008

WASHINGTON, Aug 05, 2008 Approximately $53 Million and Two Homes Seized

Today, a civil forfeiture complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against two homes located in Florida and South Carolina and approximately $53 million, announced U.S. Attorney Jeffrey A. Taylor and U.S. Secret Service Special Agent in Charge John Mrha, Orlando, Fla.

The complaint alleges that the real property and all of the funds, which were seized by the special agents of the U.S. Secret Service last Friday, are forfeitable to the United States. According to the complaint, all of the property constitutes proceeds of a massive Internet-based wire fraud scheme that Thomas A. Bowdoin Jr. and others allegedly operated out of a former flower shop located in Quincy, Fla.

In this case, the government's complaint alleges that from approximately January 2007 to the present, ASD operated a "paid auto-surf program" -- a so-called online advertising program. Under the program, ASD purportedly generated advertising revenue by automatically rotating advertised Web sites into its investors' Internet browsers. To secure investors, ASD agreed to pay a return of between 125 percent and 150 percent on each dollar each investor provided to ASD, as long as each investor agreed to view a couple of Web sites for a couple of minutes each day. To mask its Ponzi characteristics, ASD termed its investors "advertisers," their payments "ad purchases" and its payments "rebates."

However, according to the complaint, ASD did not operate as a seller of advertising services and there was no legitimate product being sold to support the profits ASD promised to pay to its "investors" for relinquishing their funds. Because ASD was creating no significant new wealth by selling advertising to purchasers outside of its investor-members, the only wealth gained by any participant and Bowdoin was wealth lost by other participants.

Headline: U.S. Attorney's Office in D.C. calls AdSurfDaily a "Ponzi Scheme"

AUTHOR: Truthteller - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 05, 2008

Will the ASD worshipers please explain this, especially the person who called Andy Bowdoin the most honest businessman in America?

Details on Tallahassee.com

"The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia called AdSurfDaily Inc. a massive Internet-based wire-fraud scheme and a Ponzi scheme ... masked as an advertising company.

Company President Thomas Andy Bowdoin Jr.'s home at 8 Gilcrease Lane, which is next to Lake Talquin, and his condo in Myrtle Beach, S.C., were seized by the federal government, as well as $53 million in bank accounts held by Bowdoin, Clarence Busby Jr. and Dawn Stowers.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, ASD promised its advertisers returns of between 125 percent and 150 percent. But the company did not operate as a seller of advertising services and there was no legitimate product being sold to support the profits ASD promised to pay to its advertisers, the office said.

Eight agents served the three search warrants, starting at 6:30 a.m., said Resident Agent in Charge Robert A. Munson, who heads the Tallahassee office of the Secret Service. The Gasden County Sheriff's Office assisted in the raids."

Should the RipOff Report warn its readers that there are people paid to visit sites like this and rebut true "rip off" complaints? You have many positive tales (and that's what they are) from "satisfied customers" who aren't customers at all. They're too smart to lose their own money to this scam.

ASD had its offices raided this morning by the U.S. Secret Service. The home of the company's president, Andy Bowdoin Jr., in Quincy was also raided.

ASD Will Prove To Be Solid

AUTHOR: Beth - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 03, 2008

My husband and I have been members of ASD for just over a month. In that month, we have successfully purchased ad packages, referred other advertisers, submitted our w9 and requested a cash out which we received about a week later. We even purchased ad packages at the Miami rally that were posted a few days after the rally (just lucky I guess). We understand the issues due to growth that the company is dealing with and are willing to roll with it because we believe in the business model and Andy Bowdoin. We stay on top of what's going on with the company with the tools they provide including the online live meetings. The communication has been good. The opportunity is awesome! The company has been very responsive. WE HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH ASD. My husband has even been to Quincy and visited. They are working hard there! We hope it continues.

Here's a tip: when you are in business for yourself (unlike a job) it is your responsibility to do your due diligence (google this for the definition) which includes reading everything there is available like the terms and conditions, etc. Also, keeping up with company news would be highly beneficial as well.

Shine the Light And Shadows Disappear

AUTHOR: Patrick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 01, 2008

According to the Friday update, the light of day will be shining brilliantly on the ASD company for the next few days, and either the accusations leveled here will be substantiated or totally put to rest. For those who have not been to the web site lately the update reads:

"Friday, August 1st 2008 afternoon update: Upon direction from the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia, ASD will not be able to move funds into company accounts, or out of them. We will work to resolve this problem, and return to normal operation, as soon as we are permitted to do so. ASD Management."

So, investors in ad packages will be holding their collective breath for a few days. I'm one who is confident this will establish ASD as a legal legitimate business, and Andy Bowdoin's company will be in a stronger position than ever to become the leading internet advertising presence in the world.

Massive Growth

AUTHOR: Publicuser - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 26, 2008

A quick comment. ASD has experienced massive growth the past 3 months. I joined on July 2 and I was member number 74,988. I have brought in over 20 people since then and my last member was well into the 100,000 numbers. They have grown to fast and are trying to hire more people for support and trying to keep everything going.

Please take a look at the situation before posting something negative like this. They have put out several updates and have taking all the steps to ensure that they are going to handle multiple millions. They are almost done with their site which will be run on indy 500 servers. They have grown over 50,000 people in less then a month. And the majority of those people are calling and trying to get support but please be patient while they are getting uptdate with all the new members. I would like to add that they opened their phone lines from 7am-11pm mon-fri now as well. And they have hired and still are hiring many people. Please see the real factor here and that is massive growth in a short time.

You can see more about the update here

Lack of Support Unfortunate, but no reason to complain

AUTHOR: Alfonthemove - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 21, 2008

It is unfortunate to hear stories like this one, but I have to say that I hear things like this from time to time, and usually it is because the person complaining has not communicated with their sponsor or the person in their line of sponsorship who is acitve. My wife and I have been involved since early March, '08, and we have sponsored over 80 people and we are very active in staying up to date with the daily changes going on. New companies that are growing by over 1000 new associates a day with the amount of money that is being dealt with is difficult at best.

Andy Bowdoin is the Most Honest and up front Business Owner I have ever met. In our 4 months, He and His company have done 100% of what He said was being done. Mistakes have been made and admitted to and fixed. Patience is needed by anyone getting involved with this company. Money sent in to this company should be documented with copied checks or money orders with I.D. numbers written on them. Funds not credited within 2 weeks should be followed up with fax copies and commication with upline to the company.

With our 80 plus personal associates and the 100's under them, we have managed the flow of information and stayed on top of all issues. This is the Best company we have ever worked with, and I welcome any calls to me personally. I can be reached at 810-358-3599 (11am - 10pm Eastern time Please) Larry Alford, Michigan

ASD Problems?

AUTHOR: Jak - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 18, 2008

All - we have just invested a small sum of money into ASD and I must confess although not a substantial investment I'm nervous to say the least - especially since the site has been down for server upgrades right after we joined. My husband is less skeptical than I am and we have several business associates and friends that are very pleased with ASD and their investments into this company.

We're too new to say it's a total rip off or a "life-saver" - and I do agree that it probably will never be our sole income source - but instead an addition to our income for very little work on our part. If that's the case - it's a win-win situation. However, as others have noted - bashing the person that filed the original complaint is really silly and overly defensive - but as others have said - if I invested $5K I sure would not be sitting back non-chalantley and considering it a lesson learned. That's suspect in of itself - why would you invest that much money without knowing the details of your investment.

At any rate, I thought it was interesting that there has only been one negative posting to this website about ASD. That actually speaks volumes about what's happening with the company. There does seem to be far more feedback then the negative.

Try this

AUTHOR: Leta - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 14, 2008

Paul, Patrick and Michael,

I totally understand how you feel. I, too joined in late June, am an American living abroad, so had to fund through Alert Pay, which took several days to set up and charged a fee, and had to wait nearly 10 more days to see the funds show up, etc.

However, I took the time to read the FAQ, called in for support and found they did both answer the phones and direct me to the proper people to email for questions outside of a support ticket. That seemed to work really well as I got responses within 12 hours. I read the news on the site and was informed of the extra charges through Alert Pay, so that wasn't a surprise, although is was an "ouch" to the pocketbook. I found by taking the time to investigate their resources most of my questions were answered.

Because of the huge volumes of people enrolling daily, about 1000 at the time, they were a bit slow in getting funds both in and out, but asked me to be patient while they got caught up. I don't know your circumstances, but through support from both ASD and from my sponsor, I was willing to wait it out.

Now, I'm not only seeing money daily, but am successfully referring others and getting leads for my primary business, which was my primary purpose in using ASD in the first place. I find they have a fair policy of crediting site surfing requirements when they have the site down. They appear to have comunication in place that alerts us to what is happening.

This is not a ponzi, if you truly understood what a Ponzi is. This is an ad site, and should be recognized as such. I didn't invest more than I would normally spend on advertising or lead purchases and am pleased with the results I'm getting in leads, along with the rebates. To join with the intention of getting rich or using this as a sole means of income is what creates disappointment. I often pay a month in advance for ads in business magazines, so to wait a couple of weeks seemed reasonable.

Certainly there are challenges as ASD grows quickly. There are definitely things that could be more automated. I do believe, though, that their intentions are good and will see improvements over time. Perhaps the person who enrolled you misrepresented what to expect.

I encourage you to calm down and take the time to find someone who will help you either get your money returned or applied. If you actually did a legitimate buy with the proper information attached, they will help you.

Look for solutions, not revenge.

Please take responsibility for your comments/actions

AUTHOR: Jane - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 10, 2008

The company is experiencing growth from 8,000 people in December of 07 to currently over 100,000. When I joined 3 weeks ago on June 20th, it was at 57,000. This type of growth is going to cause growing pains. They had projected they would be at 100,000 members in January of 2009. I personally know people that are taking checks out on a weekly basis...this opporunity has significantly changed the financial direction for many people that I know.

Be patient. I had an issue and it took 8 days for me to get a ticket resolved, but it did get resolved. Because of the results I'm experiencing, I am willing to be patient as they grow their infrastructure to support the growth. If you will send me the information and problems you are having, I will email the number 2 income producer and they will get it fixed. If you put $5,000, I think there might be some motivation to get this taken care of and a willingness to be patient while it does.

Michael, who said "absolute ponzi scheme beware....If you dont Surf you cant get yr money back.....??? Any excuse not to pay..."

I would suggest doing your due diligence and read the terms & conditions and FAQ before I had put 5K into it. They are clear that surfing is how you can earn 125% back on your ad purchases.

Negativity breads negativity, if you take the time to allow a resolution, I think the right thing to do is to have integrity and change your comments.

Also - Patrick, same for you, if you will be patient, you will see your funds deposited. This last month grew almost 50,000 people, it is going to take time, but as I said, they will get it deposited.

Sincerely,
Jane

In ASD since March

AUTHOR: Kathy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 06, 2008

..and have built a WONDERFUL on line business here. I do go on the live Q&A's available in the ASD Webroom 3 times a week. I do stay up-to-date with everything that's going on in the company. It is written and verbalized to ALL of the members that it takes 5-10 business days for the ad packages to be posted in your account. I tell all my referrals that are moving from free to paid membership to BE PATIENT, it could take up to 10 business days for your account to be updated!!! By my calculations this last poster from MO., still has some days to go before it should be a concern.

ALSO, everyone KNOWS that there are 1000 to 2000 new members joining each and every day!! Which under the best of circumstances would to account for some of the problems. BUT, they are moving very rapidly to streamline all facets of this business. Customer Service has added 35 more telephone lines PLUS more employees. Accounting is interfacing with Bank of America which will allow purchases to be posted within 3 business days. BOA will be doing all of the payouts.

Anyone thinking about joining ASD should really, really read the Q&A PLUS the terms and conditions of this Company..it's just good business. Do ALL of your due diligence before joining, OR join for free and explore everything..go on the live Q&A in the webroom 3 times a week..go to the training...this will be an extraordinary opportunity for you IF you learn everything you can about this business and knowing exactly what your comfort zone is.

There is a forum that you can go to with concerns and get quick answers or pointed in the RIGHT direction for solving your problems..this forum is for people truly interested in getting problems resolved and not bantering back and forth about issues. It is : http://www.asamonitor.com/forum/index.php?showforum=69

This is an EXCELLENT Company, folks. It has grown to 80,000 members as of today.
..understand, with that many people there will always be a few unhappy members, it's just what makes this world go round..There are just too many exciting, positive things happening here...Please look at the big picture before deciding.

Read Rebutals - Wow!

AUTHOR: Patrick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 06, 2008

When I first made a comment in support of the original poster I did not see the rebuttals. Now I have. And this response is for them.

Telling the guy he needs to get lost will not solve the problem.

Having someone from the company responding with a plausible explanation will.

Brow beating the guy by mean spirited responses will not solve the problem.

Having a support system that works will.

Look, I think this is a great program with a great concept and will work it and will stick with it. But when there is a problem it needs to be addressed properly. Having a vigilantly corp on attack mode will not help. It would have been great to hear your responses without the badgering. Really, it is great to hear from people who have stuck with it. But problems have to be addressed and solved.

On the other hand, these types of problems should not exist for a company that has been in business for two years. I will probably take your advise too. Thanks.

Yes, There Seems To Be A Problem At ASD!

AUTHOR: Patrick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 06, 2008

Just wanted to let you know I have experienced the same type of problems. I joined on the 26th of June and paid for ads and upgrades on the 28th of June. Still no upgrade and no product.

I have tried to solve the problem by opening a ticket as instructed. They closed the ticket and told me they were just busy. I was also instructed to contact accounting. And I am not going to hold my breath.

For an automated company they seem to do a lot of things manually or want you to believe that is the excuse.

I like the concept of the program and their revenue sharing approach (they call it rebates). But when you pay for something and get nothing.... that is a BIG problem.

The support is not only SLOW or in some cases non-existent but also non effective.

ASD Is Fine For Me!

AUTHOR: Omar - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 30, 2008

It seems to me that when an honest company comes along and tries to actually do good for the people, someone always has to come around and bash it. Some individuals can never be happy and always want to find a negative with a company. Is any company perfect? Of course not! They all have flaws, THEY ALL DO.

But it seems like the little things are able to take some people out which is horrible in my opinion. If you have done any research on the owner of ASD, you cannot find one bad thing besides a speeding ticket which happens to all of us!

The company is growing, very fast. You have to start building patience and understand that they are training staff and this is an actual office building. Not a basement with 1 or 2 people who don't really care about you.

Do I have struggles sometimes? Yes I do! Do I keep on going? Yes I Do! It takes time to get in contact with them through the phone but if you are persistent you WILL talk to someone all the time during normal business hours.

They also have training and webinar help 6 days a week. Have you been on those? I sure am!

Let's take it for what it's worth! This is a real business that is helping change peoples lives. Why bash that?

Paul, just take your money and leave! We need less people like you in ASD.

Take care

Paul, do us and yourself a favor...............

AUTHOR: Askunclesam - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 30, 2008

To: Paul from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, do all of us a favor please.

REQUEST A CASH OUT OF ALL OF YOUR FUNDS AND GET LOST!

ASD is a blessing to me and my family, and it's people like you who, for whatever
selfish reasons, must have everything served to you "on a golden plate".

As was already clearly explained to you, the company is going through some growing pains. Ever heard of that happening to ANY other company?

If that is too complicated for you to understand, leave us alone and go "work with
your hands", or whatever else you were doing before you found ASD.

It's negative people like you who love to bash and bring people down, but
I am 100% appreciative to Andy and his team, and only wish that people
with your attitude and lack of scruples would simply go away.

We should be so lucky.............

I have been a member of ASD for over a year and have had a great experience with the company so far. I am making very good money and know that this opportunity is not a rip-off.

As the other folks commented who are also members, there are definitely customer service issues, and they are a result of the amazing growth in a short period of time. I have no doubt that it will become smoother sailing as they continue to improve staff training.

Just stay the course, be persistent and you'll get through on the phone, and know that there are many satisfied ASD members who are making large amounts of money. I am very grateful to Andy Bowdoin for his vision, his experience and his kind heart.

ASD is Legit and paying as promised

AUTHOR: Johndeb - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 19, 2008

June, 2008

It's sad that people find so much glee in tearing people & businesses down. Time and again I ask them, 'What have YOU built?' People like this have no clue what it takes to build and run a business.

Is ASD 'flawless' ? No. Is ANY business without flaws? No. The real question is whether they have integrity and whether what they have built works. The answer to those questions is YES imho.

I have met the president and founder of ASD. He's in his 70's and his business track record is so impressive he's actually in Washington this week (invited to the White House & having lunch with the President & VP) to receive an award for entrepreneurship. Politics aside - have ASD critics built ANYTHING - let alone generated a life of contribution that results in being invited to the White House ?

Has this critic done a background check on the Founder/President Andy? If they did they'd find that ONLY thing on his 'record' is a speeding ticket this after 50+ years of incredible business success (I had lunch with a professional in background investigation who did a full blown investigation on Andy AND his wife).

The company is growing with HUNDREDS of new people joining EVERY day. The problems revolve around around the challenges ramping up the ASD Customer Service Dept. in my humble opinion.

As any business owner knows it's hard to find QUALITY people to hire & train for positions in a company let alone one growing as fast as ASD.

Yes, We know someone who has been waiting to get money out of ASD (the problem turns out to be with not having a W-9 tax form on file). We, on the other hand - have had some delays in getting checks but WE ARE getting cash out already thousands of dollars after just a couple of months in the business.

ASD is hiring a bunch of new people and expanding office space significantly. People who are 'fear based' will always find reason to condemn ASD. The people who know business know there will ALWAYS be 'bumps in the road' it's a part of EVERY business's progression (even Microsoft - can you say 'Vista'?). I wish you could have seen the 'elderly folks' and 'ordinary folks' at the convention talking about the blessing ASD has been in their lives.

Bob Dylan said it simply: 'Don't criticize what you don't understand'.
I say, 'Either get busy building something better - or stop tearing people and businesses down that you don't fully understand'.

After Many years in the home based business arena -we feel ASD is the best business we've EVER seen to help normal people achieve financial independence. We are also delighted in the results we're getting from the people we've introduced to ASD and the exciting prosperity they are generating.

To Your Success,
John & Deb
