I believe this company got my information from another service that I was looking at online. I received some kind of information about free access to this website which I did not access but did respond to the company to remove my email address from their mailings.

Approximately 1 month later while paying one of my credit card bills, I realized there was a $39.95 charge from BidFuel.com that was not authorized. I called their customer service number saying that I had not ordered this service and at first was told that my name, e-mail, or phone number was not on file.

I told them it was not on file because I did not order any services from them and suddenly they knew my e-mail and said that they had no record of my canceling my "contract" and that they would not remove the monthly charge. I canceled this credit card and am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay away!
