I have purchased a number of items from BIDZ and have no particular complaint about their product, although their descriptions are often inaccurate. My major complaint is with their customer service department, which is in a total state of dis-array. They show no respect for their customer and make it very difficult to try and get anything resolved. Their only interest is in taking your money and could care less if you are pleased, satisfied or treated fairly and with respect.
Everyone makes mistakes and they are easily handled by making a simple apology and offering a solution to fix the problem. I have found through several instances that BIDZ's solution is to try and ignore the situation or lie, whichever they think will make you go away.
Upon speaking with Jorge their customer service director, it's understandable why their reps act the way they do, they are simply a reflection of their boss who ignores situations until he feels he no longer can and then lies to give you the impression that he is resolving the problem. It is truely sad that a pathetic customer service department like this exists and will not offer the information needed to go above their department to get the problem resolved.
