I was shocked to see that classmatesonline.com used information on my account to enter it and take $39.00 without any authorization or notification.

What's missing here?

AUTHOR: Resty - Waunakee (U.S.A.)

They had to have gotten your account information somewhere......if you didnt give it to them.....How did they get it?

Sounds more like you changed your mind on it and it was too late....they'd already charged you.

I understand the need to vent or to report a rip off.....but you seriously need to be truthful and tell the whole story....not just the part that you THINK makes it appear a rip off.

You must have given them your account

AUTHOR: Lenny - Houston (U.S.A.)

When you signed up you agreed to their terms. One of the terms is that when your account expires it would automatically be extended. If you go to their website you'll find that in the terms and agreements.
