Comcast Cable xfinity my 57 yr old mother in-law recieved service for internet and and cable quoted at $116.00 her first bill recieved wass $194.00. The next bill she recieved in less than a month was 384.00. Jackson, Mississippi

My mother In-law (Beverly Mahaffey) requested service at the first of nov. with comcast. She was quoted at 59.95 to connect at 116.oo a month. Her first bill was 194.00! They used a contracted company to set up and on her first bill it said the connect fee was not paid! They representative offered 3 free months of hbo, cinimax and stars which she did not want but apparently after I read her bill she got and worse they charged her for it. She ahs now received her second bill in one month and it is 394.00 go figuire. All she asked for was basic cable with learning channels, home phone and internet... I dont want a law suit i want the owners of comcast Jailed and they're compnay Shut down! This is rape and a complete in justis on all americans especially the elderly on a fixed income. We do not live in a 3rd world country and i am apauld! I want government action! To go from 116.00 dollars to almost 400.00! in less than a month of service!
