Dermapril-SP Clean Whites Charging Account for cancelled products, Internet

I ordered a sample of Dermapril and then followed up with their offer for a sample Clean Whites.  Received the Dermapril at the end of the two week trial but never received the Clean Whites.  I immediately cancelled both products before the trial cancellation period. 

I received a UPS label for the Dermapril via the internet for return shipping, affixed the label to their package and mailed it back.  I tracked it through UPS, they received it but said it was too late and charged  my account $79.95.  It was not late, I did everything they requested and their service center was not helpful.  I had to dispute the claim with my bank and get a new bank card so they cannot continue to charge me.

I never did receive the trial of Clean Whites even though they charged my card 0.99 for shipping.  I was charged $79.95 for a month's supply thereafter.  I did receive a credit from them after many phone calls to their customer service center.
