Ebay.com Have no right to suspend for no good reason San Jose California Internet

Ebay.com has this new angle...it suspends people at their whim, then to make it even more fun they ask for passports, bills, utility bills, credit card numbers...all to prove who you are. They then decide if they will re-instate you or not. You can email 100 times and all you get are canned answers- no explanation at all. If you call them on their hot-line, they say they haven't received your documentation. After re-sending it, they tell you they need more information-like what..your blood type and first son? They are impossible to deal with and should be shut down. Thank god for (((competitor's name redacted)))and (((redacted))) which so far seem to be on the level.
