I have been receiving receipts from FARM BUREAU every month or so for a year... and they are indicating my teen's name as the receiver of the email using my email address.  The receipt is very generic, there is no payment method indicated on the receipt. 
The most recent looks like this:

Reference Number: C664BCFO-4B6B721B-471-2F49A

Subtotal: $249.87
Tax: $0.00
Shipping: $0.00
Total: $249.87

There's no date. There's no credit card or checking account being deducted that I know of.  It's aggravating, because there could be, and I don't know it yet. All the amounts are large like this.  I can't find anything descriptive enough to narrow down a search to see where it is coming from.  Any suggestions would be helpful.
