- We are responding, she isn't
- You can't deliver gold to an account that is banned, it's impossible which she makes the claim we did which alone should make her lose all credibility that this complaint is even a real one
- We can't just take gold from someone. They have to actually transfer the gold to us
- 1,000 gold costs $3 in retail and companies pay $2. If she responds to this post, we will PayPal her $5 out of our own pocket but only if she responds that the issue is resolved later.
- She provided no order information
- She provided no e-mail logs, no e-mail address, and no communications of ever communicating with our company
- She provided no proof of ever doing business with our company
- We can only guess who this customer is unless she responds which she didn't
- This isn't even an actual complaint. If you filed this with the attorney general, they would close this because there isn't enough detail. She simply provided two sentences
- This could very well be competition or Bill who was terminated for multiple reasons back in 2007 which we can't disclose the reason why but could be backfire on our company for his proper termination
- If the customer sold gold to the former company then they were likely already paid for this. The new company doesn't even purchase gold from customers
- They specifically asked her in 2007 if their were any outstanding issues, and to reply back to this RipOffReport. She never responded
If it's not resolved, she can respond back otherwise all other posts moving forward have no credibility as they are nothing more than opinions
