I purchased an account from gamewar.com/gamepal.com back in November of 2007. It seems that most of the complaints have been since then.

I had problems with the delivery but after much complaining the company did deliver an account for Everquest 2. I did not receive the "secret question" although I did ask for it several times with no response. I continued to play and this past month the "original owner" logged into the account, claimed that the account was stolen from him and deleted all the characters (6 months worth of play time).

I have requested some sort of reply over and over again, emailing daily. I am not getting any kind of response. If you are considering using this company I would be cautious.

There is no phone number to contact them, the Live Chat is not available or not helpful and refers you back to email.

I will also note that all accounts we sell we change the password before we purchase them so it would be impossible for the original owner to login unless he guesses your password. When you reply back, please provide the correct story so we can proceed if there are any outstanding issues.
