Hands N Paws - Sophistication Alley CONSUMERS BEWARE! ripoff Clifton New Jersey

I had almost the same experience as the first two writers. I have been waiting 5 weeks for my delivery. When I was told that it would still be at least another week, I tried to cancel, telling them I would return the unopened box and would expect a refund or credit. I received an incredibly nasty, sarcastic email back from them, I've posted excerpts below. It's bad enough that I've waited weeks and weeks. But if this is the way they treat their customers, how nasty and rude they are, I don't believe they'll be in business very much longer.

Here are excerpts from their email to me:

"We cannot cancel after the shipping notice and the item is in transit. THAT is ridiculous. We also don't provide refunds. And our cancellation policy is the first 24 hours only. Not sure why you're writing now."

"Suggest that you read the processing times BEFORE you order next time. 1 to 4 weeks means just that and we're closed over the holidays. You must be the only person who didn't bother to read." [It has been 5 weeks and I was told that it would be AT LEAST another week before it was received. How is that 1-4 weeks? And on their "closed for business days," only December 25th was listed.]
