Home Assure Rip off scammed my money New York New York

I started with Home Assure and a guy named John Vondereau some time in July. They also instructed me to stop paying my mortgage and Marcella wierdermann promised my modification was fine and to not worry. I also paid $1600. WEll all seemed ok until I got served foreclosure papers the very thing we were trying to avoi. It seems that thelast communication with home assureto me was on 12/8/08. I hav since had no responsse from anybody except a guy named Brad that i some howgot by accident. I also called John vondereau who claims they came in one day and let everybody go. I have now had to hire a attorney to clean up their mess to save my home. they are definitely scammers and I would suggest to keep calling John And Brad until you get a refund. that is what I am doing every day twice a day even. I ave copies of everything and all the emails including the ones that all of a sudden no longer work and would be happy to share. They sure know how to kick people when they are down. unfortunately for them they scammed the wrong girl i wil not stop calling until i receive my refund.
