WOW! I wish I would have read the other 6 rip-off reports about this company before I fell for their trap. I STRONGLY AGREE and TESTIFY to all of the other comments posted here. The website makes it sound very simple. However, there are loopholes. First you gotta download a seperate program, then you gotta register under a fake name so that Bob / KaraokeInfo, LLC does not get caught for copyright infringement and then you gotta download files JUST LIKE LIMEWIRE OR a P2P Network. If you ever need assistance....save yourself the hassle and just read whatever they call the User Guide because they wont give you an answer. All they tell you is "we designed the User Guide for our Users. Please refer to the User Guide for help". EVEN THO it took the same amount of time to type that 1 little line as it would of to give a solid answer.
THEN....they stress that you DO NOT Download the updated version of MIRC which I never understood but they say if you download the latest version the program will no longer work? Geez I wonder why? Can you spell I-L-L-E-G-A-L? On top of everything else they don't provide an email address, phone number or mailing address. In my opinion, if they had so many members across the US, surely they can afford to respond to emails directly instead of using a stupid forum. Fact is the members they advertise on their website...it's ALL FAKE. Anyone can create a FAKE testimonial!
Fact is I signed up, paid the $65.00, had access for less than a month and then everyone I login it says "your account has been suspended". So in a nutshell, after about 3 weeks, they suspend your account for NO REASON. When you try to email them, they NEVER respond. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A SCAM!
