Checking my Verizon bill, found a $9.99 charge, called to ask what it was for, was advised it was for a premium download.  Didn't order, never subscribed, don't even have texting on this phone!  Obviously I didn't get any texts from them--they're billing for service I didn't ask for, don't want, haven't received. 

Verizon credited my account for the charge if I'd agree to block premium services.  Premium downloads are now blocked but Verizon suggested also contacting the company for immediate action as sometimes takes blocking a couple of billing cycles to go into effect.  There is NO phone number, email address, other contact info at the website--have to blindly email them to tell them stop, and hope it works.
