I AM RECIEVING A CHARGE OF $49.99 ON MY MASTERCARD BILL AFTER RESEARCHING THIS I FOUND THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE PROBLEM. ALLTHOUGH It is charged to a Microsoft Website I believe it is someone Using microsoft as a cover up. Someone is making tons of money out there...

FIGHT IT DONT LET THEM WIN ITS A SCAM!!! I contacted microsoft and i have no account with them.

SOLVED, charge on my creditcard is indeed from Microsoft

After much research i have found that the charge on my creditcard is indeed from Microsoft, it is an automatic renewal of subscription for the XBox LIVE service about this time last year i signed up for the service frustrated that i had to give my credit card information for a service i had allready paid for. I was told it was for automatic subscription of Xbox LIVE but i was also told that before the service was renewed i would recieve and email asking if i wanted to renew the service. Which i did not. I found it is a legitimate charge so maby this will help solve some of you problems...
