Do not suscribe to the Neopets Premium Service. They will automatically bill your credit card when the year is up and will refuse to refund your money.

I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak to a customer service representative. When the rep finally picked up the phone he told me that he was unable to refund my money without a signature. So I asked him if I was understanding him correctly when he said that he could debit my credit card for $69.95 without my signature or my permission but he was unable to refund my money without a signature. He told me that was their "policy." Nice policy you have there Neopets!

It is made VERY CLEAR in the terms of conditions that you agree to when signing up that rebilling is automatic it is up to you to call and cancel before the rebilling date.
