One Box Inc Refusing to cancel account Hollywood, California

Ive had several bad experiences with J2 company customer services, all based in india.  When I call one agent says I dont' have something correct so we can't continue, I call back and the agent says something else isn't correct but what was incorrect before is correct and when I called again, everything that was incorrect was correct but then something else would stop them from canceling my account.

Finally after reaching an agent not "in on it" I verified all my information (supposedly incorrect by previous agents, I mean they even said my name wasn't on the account after they called me by my last name!) and CANCELLED my account! 

They just out right lied about verification information, where Ive lived for over 10 years was not the address they had, it was one dishonest move after another.  All because they want to keep you from canceling your account.

Very unAmerican company.
