Palmone PALMONE.COM Handspring Would not honor what was posted on web sight, still waiting for refund Internet

Ordered a treo 600 with service through T-Mobile at the Handspring/Palmone web sight. The pricing for the phone service was advertised at $19.99 for phone service and $19.99 for internet service.

Upon receiving the phone the internet access was not activated. Called both T-Mobile and Palmone neither would honor the pricing, saying that it was a mistake on the Palmone web sight. Palmone admitted that that was the plan that I signed up for but they could not honor the pricing.

I returned the phone 3 days later. Have a UPS tracking number showing it was singed for at Palmone return center. Still no credit back to my charge card 7 days after received back at Palmone.
