Paul Greenberg rip-off Auction Misrepresentation - Cartier Watch

The picture posted of the watch for the auction looked like one from a catalog, not of the actual used watch.

Upon receipt of the Cartier watch, I was shocked that there were so many scratches and mars to the bracelet. Also, there were scratches to the gold/silver part on the square of the face. I noticed 2 tiny dents on the silver part of the square. I took the watch to a Cartier boutique, and the salesrep. & technician both confirmed my findings. The condition was not flawless at all, and the watch was obviously in VERY used condition.
I told the seller that I wanted my money back, and he refused. He claimed that he did nothing wrong. I'm tired of having email battles with him. So that's why I'm taking this route. I just want my $2499 back!
