Shamanic Extracts Did not deliver ordered items. Netherlands Internet

I am a long time customer of Shamanic Extracts and a happy one to boot. The accusations of these people making rip-off reports are nothing more than the compitition trying to bring Shamanic Extracts down and to ruin it's otherwise good repitation by spreading rumors and posting negative and WRONG assumptions about this company that I frequintly do buisness with. Now I do know that for the past few months they have had some server issues witch was affecting their support site making their abbility to send and recieve the support reports and replies. I had placed an order early September and after a few weeks had passed and I had not recieved my order and I noticed that none of my claims reports were being replied to so I contacted them directly via phone and they told me what was going on at their end witch was something to do with currupted support servers and the issue was being fixed as we spoke but they tracked my missing package for me and I recieved it just two days later! But the issues with their servers were a problem that they had no control over and they have since fixed the problems and I just this morning placed another order with them, so I believe they are a good honest trustworthy company of witch I will personally be doing buisness for many years to come. Also to this guy from Isrial that bought some Iboga powder and posted a rip-off report Iboga powder by nature is a very week substance now he should have ordered some Iboga Bark witch is VERY powerfull and maybe then he would have no complaints. I sure didn't have any complaints and in fact I have nothing but good things to say about Shamanic Extracts and I personally or the several friends that also order from them have never been RIPPED-OFF or dis-satisfied with the products from this company and I feel that if anyone needs such products that they are the company to trust if you want a real quality product.

I ordered products for $ 42 and never got them. It has been over a month now. I get no answers from the support and no mail from customs. I live in Sweden and the stuff I ordered is leagal here. I think I have been ripped off and I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I am going to do what I can to warn people about this site.
