I ordered a PC which I assumed from the description was re-manufactured. I also ordered a flat panel monitor that indicated it may have a scratch on the screen. Both were OK. After weeks and NO communication from the company, I finally received my order. What a disappointment! What I ordered and what I received were not the same. I got a computer that was extremely scratched and beat up - evidently very used - and a monitor that was actually built to hold a small PC on the bracket. The monitor has extreme scratches on the face near the middle pretty much rendering it useless. The PC was advertised as having an operating system pre-installed. In fact, the PC gave an error that the HD was in imminent failure and it in fact would not recognize the HD. Neither the PC or the monitor included power cables or the monitor to PC cable.

After finally contacting the company I was directed to their returns page to get an RMA and IF they decided the product was defective then basically I could receive another piece of junk but no refund.

Either way I would have to pay another $50 to ship the first junk back so I'd have $100 invested in their beat up stuff even if they decided to issue a refund - which wasn't about to happen.

I have also emailed the CA Dept of Consumer Affairs and the CA Attorney General's office regarding this company.

Bottom line - if you see this company's ads it's OK to be wowed by the idea of their spectacular deals. But if you buy into one of those deals be prepared for the worst online experience you're likely to come across and a total waste of your time and money.
