Survey Scout TWO BAD CHOICES Internet

First I would like to report that I found Survey Scout on thesurveypro.com website. I did give my $34.95 to Survey Scout for information that I was finding elsewhere after I did some more research & found that most sites are for buying something or "getting free trials of items, only to pay shipping & handling" not true pay out websites.

I was not satisfied with the this information taken from the advertizement "Advanced program includes database of 425 paying surveys, but requires a one-time-only fee of $9.95. ($34.94 - $25 initial survey = $9.95)." I never did get the information regarding the initial survey!! When I tried to e-mail Survey Scout - I kept getting knocked off the site stating I was not a customer, but they did take my money.

I want a full refund of my $34.95 charged back to the card I used to purchase this service. Also at The Survey Pro.com website I did get a confirmation e-mail, because I did sign up with 20 of their listed websites & should have received $10.00 in my paypal account within 24 hours(actually I submitted twice), Not received since Dec. 4th. Neither can I get to them by e-mail.
