A warning to all: watch your phone bills. Each month for the past 2 months I have had to call Qwest and have these charges removed. The billing resource is a scandalous, thieving organization that charges up to $40 for NOTHING! When you call their 800 # it hangs up on you. I hope this serves as warning. Other suspicious charges come from other similar company ZPDI.
