After signing up for broadband internet service, I had a problem with my email in microsoft outlook. After spending three days trying to get through to customer service I finally got through. They said that they would have someone contact me ASAP, they never did. I use my email for business so it is very important. I finally fixed the problem myself. I pay $50 for broadband and $35 for basic cable service. Their customer service is the worst.
