This company is a scam, it is a listing company that allows negative reviews to be made but removes postive reviews. When you make your rebuttals, the company hides them! All they want is for your search results to come in with negative reviews. Small Business should ban together to stop them.

Yelp Is Not A Scam Period! Now that's the truth. There is a tendency by some people to put down complaints sites but the complaints sites are not responsible for what is posted as content on the site!
If a person has a problem with the content on the site then one must deal with the poster of that complaint and arbitration is given as a tool to deal with those who post such complaints!
It is foolishness to absolutely bring down a whole complaints site just because of the actions of one person who posted on the site against a said individual or group. Plus sites like these can be used to bring down bad sites and scam sites and shame them into complete submission
It is absolutely a shame and a disgrace for people to do that... and only fools who lack the understanding and the sense to deal with the complainer who complained against them rather than deal with the complaints site will stoop to such a level
...Why?
...Because....
...They are just basically full of foolishness themselves and people who are full of foolish talk will often be full of foolish words and ways to talk about things that are a "scam" when there isn't one!

Only a fool will voice their opinion without knowing the facts. Unless you have stock in Yelp, find out why the statement is made. After breezing thru 100's of emails and joining the class action law suit, their customer service was emailed after bringing it to their attention proof that a former employee made up a profile and said things weren't true. They hid any of the good reviews that were sent in, then minimized my rebuttal. I heard that if you advertise they tend to be more friendly towards hiding your negative responses. I am not going to be extorted. There advertisers should boycott!
