Zaba Search - People Data how to get your money back! ripoff Internet

I've referred to this site for quite some time now, and after having paid $20 dollars to use Zabasearch and getting no results, I became concerned when they told me I was entitled to a refund but hadn't given me one for a month.

I stopped by here, and read all the ripoff reports. This is what I did to get an *immediate* refund:

PeopleData.com and Zabasearch.com are two different, separate companies. Zabasearch.com is owned and operated by Zaba, Inc., not PeopleData, Inc. Nia of Raleigh, north Carolina incorrectly states that PeopleData and Zabasearch share a mailing address. This is not
the case.

Zabasearch.com strives to provide all customers with excellent service. However, in some cases, customers do not receive their confirmation emails for several reasons. The most common is an invalid email address. Other reasons are email filters and blocks, and the
email box is full. Anyone who contacts Zabasearch.com with a problem with their order is fully refunded immediately and our customer service team is always happy and willing to help. Nia should contact
Zabasearch at customerservice@zabasearch.com and she will receive a full refund.

Into the email I sent them, along with their email telling me I was entitled to a refund. I told them that I would be contacting the FTC if I didn't receive one immediately.

I sent the email to customerservice@zabasearch.com, as well as contact@peopledata.com

I got a response that day, and after checking my credit card account, I've also gotten the refund.
