Zynga I can not sign in to the game Castleville Internet, Internet

I have never done anything like this before so please be patient

My problem has arose from a Game i use through Facebook,  it is called Castleville and the Developers are Zynga.

 I have been using it for around 2 months and in this time I have spent a small amount of money, approx £2.00GBP.

It all started for me 2 days ago when i tried to sign into Castleville and couldn't, I tried the usual Computer tricks that has worked for me in the past but to no avail.

It was then i started looking through Zynga Forums for some sort of answer to me not being able to sign in as by now i was getting more and more stressed out, Only to find it was happening to hundreds of other people as well.

I will say that this game is a Beta game, in other words it is still under testing and is not a fully fledged tried and tested game, but they still charge a lot of money for the privilage of not being able to play.

I am so sick of this We play for many many hours, we put Money into it yet when we can't sign in we  get no help at all...please please please look into this as it is not just this game Zynga are earning a lot of money from only for people to get stressed out by something they started out as Game to relax to
