The latest BIOWATCH MEDICAL INC. shakedown effort is issuing worthless stock in exchange for an additional investment target of $500,000. After receiving nearly $20 million dollars over a 12 year period, BIOWATCH MEDICAL INC. is now shaking down investors for an additional $500,000 to purchase essential inventory. The officers and directors already have full medical and dental coverage, slander and stupiditiy insurance, paid parking etc., but have decided that suddenly adding inventory will save the operation. The "bait and switch" that is BIOWATCH MEDICAL INC. continues.

Evidently the credibility of VP Investor Relations Mr. Gary Moss is not good enough to defraud investors directly, so CEO John Maynell has decided to write every investor and pimp them for cash.

Call BIOWATCH MEDICAL INC. at 803-233-0244 and listen to the lies of Bob Syrbie, John Maynell, Gary Moss and anyone else that will answer the phone. Ask them where the $20 million dollars went.
