Do a full investigation of this guy/organization before you send him any money.

I wish I did.

This hedge fund manager commits fraud with investors' money.  

He uses false performance data to attract new capital.

David Harvey get escorts to come to his office, using your money, to perform services on him while he brags to investors about his wealth.

He committed fraud in his divorce.

David Harvey's emotional, unstable behavior makes him completely unsuitable with your money.

Avoid this hedge fund manager at all costs.
