HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!
He's at it again, folks!! I just received an email solicitation from this internet criminal, AGAIN!! I suppose he thought I had forgotten about the $295 he ripped off from me last year. This time he's using the name VINCENT PENA from the Panamerican Pacific Foundation. However, it's the same Florida admin P.O. box address.

Also, he's taking your money the easy way now.......credit card. Of course, he'll still allow you to send your money via USPS or Fedex.
This time it's less than half the original fee ($125) BUT with a $25 for admin fee and a Whopping $45 PER MONTH!! The first payment to him is a total of $145 and of course, the admin and monthly fee are NON-refundable. Actually, the whole $145 is NON-refundable because you'll never see it again. Be forewarned and stay FAR away from this internet scammer!!

He can "rebutt" all he wants, just pay heed to all the reports against him.

Yeah, great and to the point! Ryan is a scum, and even after threatening me via e-mail and still not having the guts to admit it, he is a thieving scum! Beware David Ryan and all his other scum names! Thank you sir, for your warning! Ditto, again, and again!
