Asking for a track record is quite common and at Gryphon you will never get that because these stock recommendations are not their own! Ken Marsh does not keep a record since majority are losers. He does not research anything. If you ever looked at his newsletters you'll find another companies name or that the date on it is quite old. This is due to him copying and pasting it from other websites and this is why he is being sued by Agora Financial for copyright infringement.

It is one of the many scams being run. If you look on their page you will see a small picture of Michael Warren who does not exist. One of my duties was to search the net for a picture of a handsome, middle aged man who looked powerful and that he could pass as himself. The testimonials on his site are family members! He doesn't even have a single client that would give a testimonial! Do not believe anything you are told by Gryphon!

Gryphon is not and never was located anywhere near the stock exchange. It is based in a small rented apartment on Victory Blvd in Staten Island NY. It is a small group of family and friends sitting around a few computers and space heaters. When you call and are told your trader is on the trading floor or in a conference that is one of the many lies told daily. These traders have no financial experience! They are fed lines by the owner Ken Marsh. Not Ken Maseka! There is no Ken Maseka, no Michael Warren and no John Gage! These are names that Ken Marsh hides under. He fled here from Florida because he had to start the scam over. He buys your information from other companies and after you sign up he sells all of your information! His stock picks are from other websites that he signs up with and then passes them as his own.

The so called traders are glorified telemarketers begging you to sign up. Telling you the service is $99 then charging $999. When you call to inquire youre told that you misheard and there are no refunds! He has been investigated by the SEC and has served time. It was the most unprofessional place I've ever seen with employees in pajamas and dogs running around. I feared harrassment and worked with people who couldn't spell, couldn't make it in on time or in at all, who were friends on payroll but didn't work and with people who were too afraid to speak. He is extremely abusive to the staff even though they are his friends and family. One of my duties was to find a picture of a middle aged man who looked powerful so Ken Marsh could place it on the page and pass it off as himself! After you do sign up you do not receive a stock pick until you call and complain.

You're told you'll get the owners phone number but that never happens. If you do happen to get Ken Marsh on the line he swears,screams and hangs up on you! You basically pay and receive no product. He is being sued by many for copyright infringement. His webpage is basically clips from other pages made to be his own. Buyer please beware!

Gryphon makes very clear on its website (www.GryphonFinancial.net) that it is an educational service--not an investment advisor, stating in its Disclaimer:

The Disclaimer further unambiguously states that the recommendations provided by Gryphon are not guaranteed.

When consumers visit Gryphon's website, they must agree to the terms and conditions specified therein and enter their credit card information in order to enroll in any particular service. The webpage clearly provides the Risk Disclosure, which states:

The risk of loss in trading…can be substantial. You should, therefore, carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances and financial resources. You should be aware of the following points:

(1) You may sustain a total loss of the funds that you deposit with your broker to establish or maintain a position in the commodity futures market, and you may incur losses beyond these amounts…

(2) Under certain market conditions, you may find it difficult or impossible to liquidate a position.
