I have closed with them and I am socked to see this. I would reccomend asking for a refund or some resolution. The I global team has always been available and are great to work with...I would be happy to be a reference or call them to ask how it can be resolved.

The colleagues in my firm and I submit multiple deals to them. 1 out of 7 deals they accept. If a particular transaction doesn't fit their lending criteria they pass and would notify us immediately. One project I had with them did not fulfill it's targeted closing date but they continued to proceed and found several avenues in order for us to close this project with them about 8 months ago.
The post here seems like a consumer who just given up and their belief on their transaction or a disgruntled competitor.A little more patience from my previous experience would result in a positive outcome. If I Global were not above water, they would have accepted a lot more than 1 out of 7 of my deals then maybe I would think they would just wanted a fee.

I Global works hard and closes. I'm surprised to see any negative reviews about them as we and many others are shocked to see. They have been around for years and are respected in the lending community. There are many people who have closed with them and have businesses that are thriving and growing exponentially due to their funding. When doing business with them it feels like a personal relationship.

I have placed my first deal with I Global, and funds were wired on Feb 3rd 2012. It has now been exactly one month and I have not "talked" to Garrett, live since then. I have received about three emails, with one being said to have been sent for the 4th time (although, I only received the last one).
So, maybe the personal attention breaks down after funds are sent, so the client is led to become discouraged. CentryCapital have you experienced this 'breakdown'/change in attention, since you seem to think it could only be the clients loss of faith or competitive mud slinging?
Also, EdwardK, will you contact me so I can get a better feel for how the entire process works with I Global, my client deserves this assurance more than anyone? My email is (loandotnotes at gmaildotcom).

I have found out why Garrett Morgan slowed down the communication that had been very good up to a point. I turns out he had become unavailable due to legit complications. Going forward, I expect the process to continue without delay. I will update once we close, so as to completely remove any doubt about the company and Garrett Morgan as a professional. I had kept the faith, and was only trying to get others who had worked with him, who also wrote comments here, to lend support and advice. Let's continue to work toward a successful deal with Investment Global Accredited and Mr. Morgan.

It's good to see positive things on a website dedicated to exposing the negative. As a Century 21 agent for decades and someone who has experience closing many deals with IGloba,l it's refreshing to see that they are still closing loans.

They usually only approve 1 out of 5-7 deals. I recommend that if you get your deal approve , enjoy the success. They are a great company.

Many have closed at investment global accredited and i have known about the for well over 15 years. I have closed 2 loans with them in the last year and a half and would gladly be a reference for them.
They have an office in a high rise and I have actually been to both offices (one during the closing signatures and one during the time they requested we meet to cover some areas that needed clarification).
If you have a loan that needs funding I would try them first and do not waste time...if they like your deal jump on board before they move to the next one....

Coming from a seasoned investor, a third party fee is reasonable. I have used their services and had successes with I Global. The due diligence cost is shared between the borrowing parties and I Global which brings out the success in funding.
