Ruby C Summers ,Merciful Holdings is a Liar, a thief Beware all small companies. Ruby had us send $40,000 us CASH to her Husband Donald B Summers account at BOA on DEC 23rd 2011 told us she would pay us double our money on the 12th banking day. NEVER came of course.
Then contract said if it did not come Merciful would pay us the $40,000.00 back on the 13th banking day,,still has not arrived, then contract states they will deposit $10 million into an account which you make Ruby the Director Of Finance of,,(yes she gets all of your banking information and you give her permission to open accounts in your name} Bad News! Ruby and the contract states the $10,000,000. will bring you $1,000,000.00 twice monthly as interest with a MT799,,,,all of this is to be completed within 27 US Banking days,,,not one item has been completed,,,,
they are scam,,,,,DO NOT sign an agreement with her,,,if you do,,,you will be sorry,,,,Ruby has a fake assistant that uses Ruby's email address If she has Billions she could afford two email addresses,,how many assistants use their Bosses email address ? Her Fake assistant Brags about Ruby and all she has and how much she is going to do for us and how blessed we are,,,RIGHT
Ruby, has been blessed along with Merciful Holdings with our $40,000.00 Return our Money,,,with all your Fake Billions,,,,Merciful dos not even have $40,000 to pay us back... They are Broke and need you to send them your funds to steal! Pay us Back as you said in 7 emails your money is on its way to you,,,RIGHT it is,,,,Send it today!

Cindy, I'm going to give you a break on your posting about me, as you are simply following Tina Startlington, CEO of Helping Hands Projects Inc. I TRULY appreciate a good friend and a follower. HOWEVER, please do NOT make the SAME mistake in misrepresenting me ANYWHERE and ANYWAY, as I WILL exercise my LEGAL rights to take LEGAL actions against you!!!
Furthermore, I HOPE people who's reading this stuff believe I'M BROKE!!! I HAVE AT LEAST $2 SOMEWHERE.
By the way Cindy, make sure Tina inform you and the Helping Hands Projects Inc. Board Members that she and her husband, Ray Starlington, received the $40K today, as scheduled!!!IF Tina doesn't post that fact on the internet, maybe you will take the LEAD in doing so. You like speaking the FULL TRUTH, right Cindy?

Ruby C Summers/ Merciful Holdings paid our money back to us Thank God!They would not honor our contract and had our money for a month and a half until we placed them on Ripoff.com and many other sites. The Glory goes to God that he moved Ruby to understand that they must give us our investment funds back as it is Fraud to take anothers money and not honor your contract and of course now she says she does not have to honor the contract,,, reason being we placed it on ripoff.com & other sites. We say thank God for our funds back. They never had the ability to honor the contract. We will see what the IMF thinks about her Profit sharing Private Placement contract that has not been honored.
Beware that they have not honored one thing in the contract , and have given us NOT one penny interest on our money as they used it for almost two months and was to Double it. We have not recieved $1.00 on this Investment.
Might want to check out the federal circuit courts in Yonkers New York Fraud case.
Rebuttal too funny,,Helping Hands has never recieved a bank account for Merciful Holdings or Ruby Summers only Donald B Summers Personal Bank account,..Lesson Learned Never send money to any Business that ask you to send it to a personal account. Lesson Never send money to some one whom ask you to go out and send it right away on the day before Christmas Eve.
