Michael J. Colonna aka Michael Torino, Michael Colonna, and now Michael Cole has been trying for years to start up a bio-technology firm with no success. He uses company names such as Gencom, Inc., World Class IT.Net; Cloud Life Sciences US and Advanced Computer Services, Inc.  None of these companies exist any longer and all of them have defaulted with the Secreatry of State because they were corporate shells and not real.  

He has created false credentials and stolen money from good people who believed his lies.  This is a bad individual. Many people have lost their retirement savings believing the lies this man has told. We believe he is sick and should seek psychiatric help.  HE professes to be a Christian man but he will steal from anyone.  He's no better than a drug dealer.  He has no conscience and cannot in good conscience remain on the street to dupe more people. 

The FBI, the SEcurities and Exchange Commission, and local District Attorney offices have finally accepted numerous criminal cases based on identity theft, senior fraud, securities fraud, and passing bad checks.  

Anyone who has information on this man's whereabouts or who have been involved in any dealings with this man, or his wife Shannon Shafer Colonna, should contact the Irvine, CAlifornia Police Department, the office of District ATtorney Tony Rackaukus in Orange County California or their local FBI office.  His wife, Shannon Colonna will also be charged with criminal felonies for being an accomplice to Michael Colonna's scams.  He has been reported to the IRS; the Social Security (he has multiple social security numbers), the DMV; and to any and all agencies that can make a difference.  Soon, enough, he will be brought to justice.
