My mistake!
I THOUGHT the representative at the seminar said that if it did not work for me send it back for a No-Questions-Asked refund. I THOUGHT he said I would get a cash refund within 30 days.
When I called after 2 months (the first of seven calls!), I was told it would be a couple more weeks for the refund. A month later I was told that there were several thousand refunds waiting to be processed and the company was having computer trouble and refunds were being processed by hand...be patient. (If it's such a great product, why are so many refunds requested?)
After another 2 months, I was told it would be a couple of weeks...then I got a little upset! As I now grilled him, the employee told me a) he did not know when I would get a refund, b) there was NO one in the company that could tell me when, c)there was NO one he could talk to to find out, and d) I would just have to be willing to wait until they could 'process' my refund.
It has now been ONE YEAR! Guess what Terrance (Yes, I am now on a first name basis with the guy who cannot help me.) told me when I called today??? You guessed it... he doesn't know when I will get a refund, no one knows...be patient.
Stay away from Premiere Trade...Stay away from anything with James Dicks' name on it....It is a scam...Stay away...unless you think you'll like talking to a guy who will give you the run-around.
