My funds were NEVER returned.  The original post should be considered VALID.  I was asked to trust Mr. Monroe Turner Gaultney one last time, stating he would return my funds..., this turned out to be false.  Again -  I would caution ANY potential investor who is considering to do business with Mr. Monroe Gaultney or his company - Progressive Companies of America, Inc.  If they are unable to return just one's clients initial investment, would you really risk your funds with that type of organization?

My funds were invested in 12/08 to participate in a private placement program offered by Mr. Monroe Gaultney.  Mr. Monroe Gaultney has unsuccessfully closed any deal or trade for the past 11 months.  I am owed my initial investment returned in full.  Mr. Monroe Gaultney either refuses to or cannot return my investment.  I would caution ANY potential investor who is considering to do business with Mr. Monroe Gaultney or his company - Progressive Companies of America, Inc.  If they are unable to return just one's clients initial investment, would you really risk your funds with that type of organization?  With the amount of funds they boast about on the "current projects" tab and the "financing" tab, does it really make sense to anyone that one clients six figure investment could not be returned for non-performance on his behalf???  Investors Beware...

Mr. Monroe Turner Gaultney

It's interesting that it is very difficult to find anything substantial on this company, only that it generated about $7.5 million in revenues and has 25 employees.

What is the reason Gaultney is giving you that he cannot honor the terms of your investment.  Have you considered reporting this guy to the local better Business Bureau or just hiring a lawyer to do an investigation of his company.  It might be worthwhile and less expensive in the long run.

I've been doing business with Dr. Monroe Gaultney for many years and whoever is writing these bad comments should stop now. I KNOW FOR A FACT that Dr. Monroe is 100% honest gentleman, and I have always admired his scrupulous professional integrity.

Dear investor,

I don't know what happened in your situation, but I do know that Dr. Gaultney is among the most honest and persistent men I know.  Whatever he told you he will do, he will do it. He always has and always will. He is like a bulldog that will not let go until he fulfills ever promise, commitment, and objective. If he missed a deadline, please remember that we are in a very devastating financial crises that has practically destroyed our economy. 
I've known him for a long time.  He always under promises and over delivers.   Be patient. and you will be a very happy and rich man.

My original investment, nor any profit of which i am rightfully due, has been paid nor returned.  The original post should be considered VALID.  We are approaching a year and a half since my investment was made...  how long should a client wait?  Indefinitely?  Its easy for others to post about honesty, integrity, patience, and persistence..., when its not their money that has been lost...  again, I see no reason at this time to waiver from my original posting.  beware if you choose to invest...

If you check his company webpage there are only two employees listed. Monroe & Dmitri.   Where are the other 23 employees.  In the past year his "location address" has changed and I doubt if Monroe or Dmitri are at that location.  As far as being an "Honest Gentleman" - Yes he does come across that way - but I also have been "TAKEN" by this Gentleman.  He owes me $$ for work done for him.  When ever I inquire about the status of my payment the answer is always the same.  "Once I close a deal you will get your money" - It has been a year, apparently he has not CLOSED a deal yet!  During the 6 months I was involved with PCA - NOT ONE DEAL CLOSED!

Persons considering investing with PCA - really need to personally check the "current projects" to see if they are true. What is owned me is small peanuts compared to what is owned to others - but if he can't make payment to me - I don't see why anyone would consider investing with PCA. 

All you out there stating that Monroe is an honest man/gentleman - HOW MUCH $$ does he owe you?

Until you try to get money due you from Monroe - don't accuse those of us trying to collect - to stop! Monroe has broght this all on to himself.

A person with scrupulous professional integrity - would pay his debts.

Monroe owes me money.  For the past year his "promises" have all been empty.  In July of 2009 after his trip to Hong Kong where he was "closing a LARGE" deal - that never happened - I was told/promised that by the end of August he would have funds to cover 3 checks what were returned for insufficant funds. He issued a promissory note for August 30, 2009 for the amount owed, plus > 1.5% interest, which is 18% interest.  On 31 August he indicated that he was closing on a "deal" - and I would receive payment - apparently that deal did not close.  For the next 4 month - the same story - "I would receive payment" once he closed a deal.  GUESS he nevered closed a deal.  He is known for not returning calls, leading clients on and trying to "Get Peter to Pay Paul".  After having called/email him for the past 8 months - Ghost Monroe will not response to any of my calls or emails.

If I had the money - I would take him to court - but not all of us are living the life as Monroe - we pay our obligations - that is what a honest person with professional integrity does.

Guess his CIS is not worth the paper it can be printed on. 

Does Ponzi ring a bell? 

The exact same thing happened to me.  Mr. Gaultney was always very courteous on the phone, but he never followed through on his promises.  I invested in Jan of 09 and I haven't been paid anything.  He stopped returning my calls about a year ago.
