My client George Billeci was scammed out of $20,000 by Ryan Blumling and his company Crown Investment Associates, LLC . My client George was trying to get a construction loan for his business. Ryan Blumling provided a Term sheet approving George for this loan. He said we would close in 3 months and all he needed was a due-diligence fee of $20,000 to get started. He said it was complete refundable is they could not approve the loan. He has been telling us now for 9 months that he cannot do the loan and that he is going to refund the money but he never does. I have found 3 other people on rip off report .com that he has done the same thing to. Please investigate him and his company.
