I bought a house from Travis Peterson (on title it shows Platinum investment group) in September 2009.  He was one of the guest speakers for Investment Summit held by Gerald Rogers in Las Angeles, CA in August 2009.  He pitched the perfect pitch and YES it’s easier to scam a roomful of people than individually!

He pitched that all the houses will be fully rehab and ready to sell conditions.   He said we would offer seller financing for the property.


-       If the house is NOT rented within 3 months, he will pay for the rent until there’s a renter.



-       He would buy back the house within 1 year if it’s not sold within a year.



 



Well, it’s been 10 months and I have NOT COLLECTED A PENNY!   I just paid my property taxes and I know the 2nd installment is due! 



The property manager that is assigned to the account R20 Residential Management company (http://r2oresidential.com/), there’s NOTHING to praise about this company!



 



Let’s say this management company is just like Travis!  After the close of escrow, they disappear!



 



STAY AWAY FROM TRAVIS PETERSON!  HE IS NOT A HONEST INVESTOR!  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR SAVINGS OR HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!
